Hobby

Hobby is free. There is nothing to refund.

Pro

If Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, you can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund partial months.

Domains

A domain bought through Belo is registered in your name the moment you order it. Registries do not take domains back, so domain purchases cannot be refunded.

How to ask

Write to hello@belo.studio from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
