Terms of service
1. What Belo is
Belo hosts websites that were built with AI tools and lets you edit them in a visual editor or through an AI client connected over MCP. Belo is operated from the Czech Republic. Contact: hello@belo.studio.
2. Early access
Belo is in early access. Features can change, and we may pause or limit the service while we fix things. We will tell you by email before any change that affects a site you have published.
3. Your account and your content
You need a valid email address to use Belo. Everything you upload stays yours. You give Belo only the permission needed to store it, show it on your site and make backups. You must have the right to publish what you upload.
4. What you may not do
Do not use Belo to publish content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that spreads malware or phishing, or that spams people. We can take such a site offline and close the account.
5. Plans and payment
Hobby is free. Pro is a monthly subscription billed through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy.
6. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings or by email. We keep an export of your site available for 30 days after deletion. We may close accounts that break section 4 or stay unpaid for more than 30 days.
7. Liability
Belo is provided as is during early access. We work to keep sites online, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Belo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account holders at least 14 days before a change takes effect.
